		<description>My wife (Adrienne) and I stayed there, and her extended family had a reunion there several years ago--CML had been owned by her uncle Richard and aunt Belle, both since deceased. We love the place and would buy it ourselves if we had anything we could DO there, though we live in California and the Adirondack winter is more than a little daunting. It does need lots of work, but at the quoted price it&#039;s a steal.</description>
